Courses at The White Room Creative Spaces in Devon, Crediton
These evening courses will focus on capturing expressions and personalities using vivid colour and light. You will be guided in a small, friendly group (maximum 8 people) ensuring plenty of one-to-one tuition. I will take you through a step-by-step process of creating a likeness and exploring the application of paint. By the end of the 4 weeks, participants will feel confident in using acrylic to mix skin tones and using multiple layers to create depth of colour and likeness of their subject.
To get the full benefit of this course, participants will need to source a high-
resolution photo(s) of a person that they'd like to paint in advance of the start of the course.
All materials and refreshments will be provided. Please bring all painting equipment such as table top easels and brushes that you're used to using.
