Bespoke professional oil portraits

Professional oil portraits are a wonderful and unique way to celebrate what you’ve achieved and what you’ve given to the world, either to celebrate a promotion, retirement or a career achievement.

I am looking to widen my oil portrait commission portfolio and would love to paint more of the following:

  • Heads of Colleges portraits, such as at Oxford or Cambridge universities

  • University chancellor portraits, professors and presidents

  • Heads of Schools portraits

  • Military portraits, RAF and Navy portraits

  • Corporate portraits, such as lawyers, chief executives, judges, investment bankers, and other accomplished roles.

How much does it cost to commission an oil portrait?

I know how valuable a portrait is and will work individually with you to make sure that we have the best option for you and your budget. All prices and sizes are a guide, once we've decided the composition and scale I will provide a specific quote.

Initial deposit required, I have payment plan options available too.

Best suited to head & shoulder portraits

Best suited to life-size, larger portraits

70cm 𝑥 90cm | 28" 𝑥 35"

​Full or ¾ length portraits with more room for background

I am based primarily in Bristol and have a painting studio at The Island in the center. I have travelled and would cover all over the south west of England to consult and deliver oil portraits to clients. This includes: Taunton, Bath, Gloustershire, Swindon, Frome, Cotswolds, Worcester, Herefordshire, Salisbury and Oxford.
